Terms of Service
The terms for using Smpl AI — the dashboard, the AI agents you build with it, and our website.
Last updated: 8 November 2026
These terms govern your use of Smpl AI: the dashboard at app.smplai.co, the AI agents you build with it, and our website. They are an agreement between Smpl for Artificial Intelligence LLC (“Smpl AI”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Egypt under Commercial Registration No. 312667 (Cairo Investment Office), and the business that signs up (“you”).
By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of your business and confirm that you are authorised to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. The service
Smpl AI lets businesses build AI agents that answer their customers on channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and website chat, connect to their tools, and hand conversations to their team. Features depend on your plan and may change; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your team members’ use of your account and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us right away at info@smplai.co if you suspect unauthorised use.
The service is for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully, including data protection, consumer protection and marketing laws.
- Make sure you have the right to the content you add and to message the people your agents talk to, and give them the notices and get the consents the law requires — including telling them they are talking to an AI where that is required.
- Follow the rules of the channels and tools you connect, including Meta’s Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce Policies, Messenger’s platform policies and Instagram’s terms.
- Don’t use the service for spam or for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to collect data you have no right to, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.
- Review how your agents are set up: you are responsible for the instructions, knowledge and actions you give them.
4. AI-generated replies
Your agents write replies using AI models. Replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, and we cannot guarantee them. You are responsible for checking that your agent suits your business, for what it tells your customers on your behalf as you have configured it, and for using the human takeover and escalation features where needed.
5. Third-party services
Channels and tools such as Meta, Twilio, Shopify, Slack, Google and PayPal are provided by third parties under their own terms. They may change, limit or suspend their services or your access — for example, Meta may restrict a Page, an Instagram account or a WhatsApp number — and we are not responsible for that. Some of them may also charge you directly.
6. Plans, credits and payment
- Fees, plans and credits are as shown on our pricing page or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in US dollars, payable in advance, and exclude taxes.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- AI replies and some actions use credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, fees and credits are non-refundable.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend the service until it is paid.
7. Your data
You own the content you add and your conversation data. You give us the rights we need to host, process and transmit it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your service provider and follow your instructions; a data processing agreement is available on request.
You can disconnect channels and tools at any time, and ask us to export or delete your data.
8. Our intellectual property
The service, its software and our brand belong to Smpl AI and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. We may freely use any feedback you give us.
9. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of this agreement.
10. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or the policies of a channel you use, if needed to prevent harm or to comply with the law, or if fees are unpaid — with notice where reasonable. After your account is closed, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI replies will be accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us for claims arising from your content, your agents’ configuration, or your breach of these terms or the law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell account owners about material changes in advance. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them.
